Abbey of San Salvatore – Mount Amiata – Siena

Arriving from the “A1” motorway exit at Chiusi Chianciano Terme, continue towards the SS Cassia. Once on the Cassia, go towards Rome, after a few km take the provincial road that leads to Abbadia San Salvatore. The Hotel is located on the provincial road that connects Abbadia San Salvatore to Piancastagnaio.

Coming from Siena or Rome you can take the Cassia directly and then go up the mountain towards Piancastagnaio (arriving from Rome), or towards Bagni San Filippo - Abbadia San Salvatore (arriving from Siena).

For those arriving from Aurelia instead the exit is that of Paganico, continuing then towards Arcidosso and Piancastagnaio.
